Gary Crisp Obituary
January 27, 2025
JONESBOROUGH - Gary Crisp, 77, of Jonesborough, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 27, 2025, at his home. He was a 1966 graduate of Sulphur Springs School and was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. Most recently, he was attending New Life Fellowship Community Church. Gary was an avid farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Jessie Crisp; sister, Patricia Jones; and brother, David Crisp.
Gary is survived by his wife of 56 years, Karen Crisp; two sisters, Cynthia Tarlton and husband Joe and Sharon Jones and husband, Harold; two brothers, Dan Crisp and Terry Crisp and wife Pam; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and neighbors.
Graveside services will be at noon on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Harmony Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion 3/265.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Robbins, Jake Robbins, Jesse Robbins, Gary Archer, Austin Willis, and Jason Newell. Honorary pallbearers will be Dee Hubbard, John Smith, and Bo Wheelock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harmony Cemetery Fund, c/o Debbie Salyers, 150 Rosecliff Estates, Fall Branch, TN 37656.
