Very loved and taken too soon! Willow grew up in Johnson City. Went to SHHS and moved to Arlington, TX to graduate from Lamar High. Earned an Associates from Tarrant County College. Worked for the Texas Dept of State Health Svcs and enjoyed traveling through Texas with public health education. Willow loved music, techno, singing, keyboard, anime, Coco the cat and especially computers. Helped make meals for the hungry at St.Alban's in Arlington

Ross is survived by mother Susan Lilly, father and step-mom William and Leslie Cady. Grandfather Elwood Cady. Uncle John Lilly (Jeanne), Aunt Beth Frazier, Uncle Arthur Beidleman. Special cousin April Beidleman. Cousins Bryan, Ray, Evan, David, Rachel, Athena, Aaron and many others.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St.Alban's Arlington, TX or Central Baptist Church, Johnson City, TN to their programs to feed the hungry. Rev 21:4

Bill, you were a part of my work family for a few years but never out of my mind. When notice of this came across our internal news it naturally caught my eye. Please know that your ICES family sends it's condolences!
