GRAY - Timothy Dane Williams, 71, of Gray, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, November 1, 2025, following a brief illness.

Tim graduated from Sulphur Springs School in 1971. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Hope Williams Wolfe; stepfather, John Lyon Wolfe; and his father, Ira Sylvester Williams.

Tim is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Sherry; twin daughters, Ash Williams (Tiny Lowery) and Ali Williams; a special aunt, Elaine Curtis; three special cousins, Darren, Phillip, and Vinnie Curtis; and his loving lake family.

He was a builder and contractor by trade, and spent several years working for non-profits, proudly building affordable homes for low-income families. Tim was a dirt bike rider, a scuba diver, a boat builder, a drag boat racing champion, an accomplished draftsman and builder, a master woodworker, and the very best Dad, Husband, and Uncle Timmy Tom.

His family will gather on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 P.M., to greet friends and share memories with one another, in the East Parlor of Appalachian Funeral Home.
