ELIZABETHTON - Terry C. Crowe, age 81, of Elizabethton, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025 at his residence. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Glen and Ruth Farthing Crowe and was born on December 18, 1943. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Larry Crowe, Randy Crowe and Mike Crowe.

Terry was a retired principalwith the Washington County School System and was a member of East Side Free Will Baptist Church where he had formerly served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.

Those left to cherish his many memories include his wife of 57 years, Ruth Berry Crowe; two sons, Brian Crowe (Cindy) and Roger Crowe (Renee); two granddaughters, Whitney Jarrett (Chris) and Madilyn Crowe; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service for Terry C. Crowe will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton with Pastor Justin Deaton officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday. Honorary pallbearers will be Dewey Leonard, Pete Slagle and Rick Broome.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Amedisys Hospice for their love and care during Terry's illness.
