JOHNSON CITY - Patricia Gail Holland, age 79 of Johnson City, TN, passed away on Monday May 6, 2024.
She was born in Cambridge, MA, and was the daughter of the late Everett and Blanche Frances Buskirk. In addition to her parents, Patrica was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Thomas.
Those left to cherish Patricia's memory include her loving son, Christopher Charles Holland, and some wonderful nieces and nephews.
Patricia graduated from Groveton High School in Alexandria, VA. She then went on to gain employment at the Pentagon for over 5 years until she moved to East Tennessee. After settling in the Johnson City area, Patricia was employed at Snap-On Tools and East Tennessee State University.
She had a passion for music, knew the importance of laughter, and had a remarkable ability to uplift spirits and turn even the darkest days into moments of joy and light.
Throughout her life, Patricia exemplified resilience and dedication, pouring her heart into her roles as mother and wife with unwavering commitment. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her, and her presence brought joy to countless hearts.
Patricia was not only a pillar of strength for her family but also a beacon of elegance and grace in her community. Her work ethic was unmatched, and she approached every task with determination and poise, earning the respect and admiration of all who had the privilege of working alongside her.
A private family gathering will be held to honor Patricia and the memory of the love, kindness, grace, and joy she leaves behind.
