Joyce Harrison Obituary

CHUCKEY - Joyce Annette Hunt Harrison age 80 of Chuckey passed away at her home Saturday January 7, 2023. She attended Milburnton UM Church. She is survived by her husband of 45 years David Harrison, step daughter Tammy Bridwell, step grandson Jalen Bridwell, 2 sisters-in-law Judy Harrison and Barbara Roberts, 3 brothers-in-law Carmel (Darlene) Harrison, Sam Harrison, Richard (Judy) Harrison, special friend Doris McAmis, Madge Jones, and June Cofman. She was preceded in death by her parents Everette and Atchison McMackin, daughter Lorie Hunt Pitt. The family will receive friends from 4-7pm Saturday at Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton. The funeral service will follow 7pm Saturday in Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton with Rev Vivian Franklin and Darin Harrison officiating. Graveside Service will be 1pm Sunday in Milburnton Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12 noon to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Harrison, Carl Harrison, Jalen Bridwell, Ronnie Whitson, Mickey Tarlton, and Terry Adams. Honorary pallbearers will Sam Harrison, Ronnie Shelton, Henry Fannon, Tim Harrison, Wade Harrison.
