LIMESTONE - Jeffery David Broyles, 55, of Limestone, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at his home. He was born to the late Jo Ben and Lorena Reed Broyles.
To know Jeff was to love Jeff. He had a contagious smile and laugh. He loved to talk; he never met a stranger. Jeff always seen the good in everyone and everything. He lived life every second to the fullest. Jeff loved to do many things. He was always working on something from an RC car to a 4-wheeler, he would spend many nights up in his shop wrenching on something most of the time with his good friends or his nephew Jonathon McCurry. He loved doing a garden and taking care of his yard with his fiancée Sharon Smith, of many years who passed away January 18th, 2024.
Survivors include his son, Jeffery Broyles (Madison); daughters, Skylar Shelton (Jonathon), Hayley Casey; stepdaughter, Heather Benton (Tommy); grandchildren, Corbin Broyles, Haven Broyles, Wyatt Broyles, Tessa Shelton, Jaden Smith, Allissa, Alexis, and Aliza Benton; brother, Wasson Broyles (Vicky); and sister, Sandra McCurry.
The Broyles family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Jonesborough Funeral Home from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Brian Orchard officiating. Committal Service and Interment will follow the Funeral in Urbana Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Josh McCurry, Jonathan McCurry, Jody McCurry, Jonathan Shelton, Jaden Smith, and Tommy Benton.
