Glenda Rainbolt Obituary
November 21, 2024
UNICOI - Glenda Faye "Brenda" Rainbolt, 76, Unicoi, went home to be with her Lord Thursday, November 21, 2024 at her residence. A native of Unicoi County, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel McKinney Roberts. She was owner operator of Rainbolt Floral Designs for several years. She was a member of Hampton Free Will Baptist Church where she was teacher of the Ladies Sunday School Class. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Dale Roberts and Kenneth Roberts. She loved to travel.
Survivors include her husband of almost 57 years, Steve Rainbolt. One Son: Robert Allen Rainbolt and Wife Celeste Potter. One Grandson: Cody Allen Rainbolt. One Sister: Opal (Dale) Stevens. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. Also her four legged fury friend "Precious".
Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in the Evergreen Cemetery, Erwin with the Rev. James Holmes officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and church members. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. I´m so sorry to hear of sweet Brenda´s passing.
She was has always been a sweet and kind person and always showed me nothing but love. I know she enjoyed singing and testifying the love she had for her Lord and Savior. And though I didn´t get to see her often I´m certainly going to miss her. Earth loss is heaven . R.I.P sweet Brenda
