Mr. Frederick "Fred" Willis Jones September 19, 2024
Mr. Fredrick "Fred" Willis Jones, age 70, passed away at Four Oaks Healthcare Center on September 19, 2024.
Fredrick was a native of Washington County and was the son of the late Carl and Freda Jones. Fredrick loved working in the fields with his grandfather, riding his tractor, and spending time with his friends and family. He worked at Klopman Mills for many years and was an appreciated colleague who will be remembered by Jackie, Sandy Jones and Dale Hensley.
Survivors include his sisters Patricia Privette husband Jimmy, and Linda Donnelly husband Bill Kyte, one brother Keith Jones and wife JC. Nieces and nephews Chris Privette, Lora Ponder, Angie Drake, Bobby Donnelly, Beth Potts, and Kelly Donnelly. Great niece and nephews Brianna Ponder, Lexy Drake, Kaydence Drake. A big thank you to Four Oaks Healthcare Center and Amedisys Hospice for supporting Frederick's family throughout this difficult time.
The Jones family will receive friends on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Jonesborough Funeral Home from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. prior to the graveside service at Highland Christian Church cemetery. Those wishing may also visit the family at Fred's sisters home at 216 Hairetown Road Jonesborough.
