Diana Keffer Obituary

JONESBOROUGH - Diana Elaine Crawford Keffer, 57, of Jonesborough, passed away on Sunday morning, November 17, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born to the late Carl Wayne and Susie Jane (Spears) Crawford in Kingsport, TN. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Marie Spears. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ.
Diana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. She had a special place in her heart for her family and church family, especially her grandchildren. Diana graduated from ETSU with honors with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-eight years, Ralph "Butch" Keffer; son, Justin Keffer; daughter, Kristen Skidmore (Morgan); grandchildren, Hailey and Hayden Skidmore; brother, Carl Wayne Crawford Jr. (Amy); along with several nieces and nephews.
The Keffer family will receive friends on Thursday evening, November 21, 2024, at Highland Church of Christ - 485 Highland Church Rd. Johnson City, TN 37615, from 5 PM - 7 PM. A Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM with Pastor John H. Moore and Pastor Byron Paddock officiating. Committal Service and Interment will be on Friday morning, November 22, 2024, in Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery beginning at 11 AM. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Everyone who wishes to attend the Committal Service is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 AM.
