BLUFF CITY - Declan Vance Sadler, 3 (almost 4) of Bluff City, TN unexpectedly went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday June 15, 2025 in Cataula, Ga. surrounded by his family and monster trucks. He was born on July 5, 2021 in Johnson City, TN. He was the beloved son of Josh and Chelsea Sadler and the brother to three puppy dogs: Lincoln, Lucy and Loki.

Declan was a bright and playful soul. He brought so much joy and light to everyone he met. He loved Jesus, pajama day with his mama and daddy, monster trucks, trains (Thomas was his favorite), dinosaurs, fire trucks, Mario, hot wheels, rides at Dollywood, playing outside, swimming, bubbles, balloons, chicken nuggets and the Georgia Bulldogs. He had just mastered potty training and was so proud of himself. He had just completed his first season of T ball with the Bristol Little League Cubs which he loved so much. He was a smart, kind and adventurous boy who loved all his teachers and friends at his church, Boones Creek Christian, Avoca Pre School and GUMP. He was very excited about his upcoming monster truck birthday party. He was so appreciative of any gift or treat he ever received no matter how big or how small.

Declan is survived by his Mama and Daddy: Josh and Chelsea Sadler, his puppy dogs: Lincoln, Lucy and Lokie. Grandparents: (Hunny) Tonya Smith- Ludlow and (Pop Pop and Gigi) Sam and Gina Sumpter, Great grandparents: (Mamaw and Papaw) Ron and Janice Shelton, (Nana) Janice Partin Smith, Georgie and Butch Wheeler and Sam Sumpter Sr. Special aunt Nana and uncle JJ: John and Hannah Sumpter and countless other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will deeply miss him.

A celebration of life will be held at Boones Creek Christian Church. Date and time are incomplete at this time.
