Clifford Allen Blevins, Jr.

March 11, 2025

JOHNSON CITY - Clifford Allen Blevins, Jr., 80, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 11th. He was the son of the late Clifford Allen Blevins Sr and Georgia Cecilia Smith Blevins.

Allen was married to the late Dianna Lynn Williams Blevins. He was a devoted husband and father of two sons. He was a house painter for 50+ years and enjoyed going hunting. He was a member of Skyline Heights Baptist Church (presently known as Depot City Church).

In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna Lynn Williams Blevins; an infant grandson, Cody Blevins; his brothers, Martin Blevins and Freddie Blevins.

Allen is survived by his two sons, Clifford Allen (Pam) Blevins III and Mark Blevins (girlfriend Audrey Huff); "Adopted" son, Greg Moody; sister, Carolyn Tester and several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday March 14th from 10:30 am until 11:30 am in the chapel at Monte Vista Funeral Home. A brief Committal & Entombment Service will follow at 12:00 pm in the Chapel Mausoleum at Monte Vista Memorial Park, with Rev. Don Page officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will consist of family and friends.
