KINGSPORT - Mrs. Charlotte Austin Isaacs, age 91, Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away from her earthly life into her heavenly home and into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Mrs. Isaacs was born to Henry & Maxie Baskett on July 12, 1933. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her girls, Onnie Austin, her second husband, Walter Isaacs, siblings, Geneva, Helen, Edith, Bud, Bill, W.C. and Joyce, nieces, Nikki and Rhonda, nephews, Steve and Mitchell.
She loved God and served Him for many years. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, aunt, and friend.
Left to cherish her memory, daughters, Brenda Seaton (Mike), Barbara Morgan (Ron) with whom she made her home, and Billie J. Reece (Harold); sister, Darlyne Lewis; brother-in-law, Carl Gentry; grandchildren, Mickey (Karen), Matthew and Marty Seaton, Joe Morgan, Isaac Morgan (Michele), Dale & Leanne Reece; and many great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Providence Cemetery with Pastor Gary Gentry officiating. Family requests friends meet at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home at 1:00 PM to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
