Charles Gregory Obituary

Charles "Chuck" E. Gregory

April 27, 2025

Charles "Chuck" E. Gregory, Jr. 71, passed away on April 27, 2025.

Chuck will be remembered for his kindness, unwavering integrity, and love for his friends. He had a heart of gold, and his humor was a gift to everyone who knew him. It was not uncommon for him to provide gifts to his friends at holiday meals, or to clean the snow off a friend's vehicle during a snowstorm, or to pump gas and clean the windshield of a friend's car.

Chuck was preceded in death with his father, Charles Gregory, Sr. and mother, Mildred Gregory, of Johnson City, TN.

Chuck graduated from ETSU with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Chuck served on active duty in the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard. He was stationed in Berlin in the 1970s. Chuck also retired from working at Robinette Company in Piney Flats. Chuck was an avid reader, especially history about World War II, and he loved movies.
