JONESBOROUGH - Bobby Range, 75, of Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at his residence.
He was born August 7, 1950, and was a son of the late James and Ann Stout Range.
A dedicated farmer, Bobby worked in dairy farming until 2005, before continuing his life's work raising beef cattle. He especially enjoyed mowing and putting up hay. On December 13, 2025, Bobby gave his life to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his brothers, Bill and Eugene Range, and sister, Shirley Kitzmiller,
The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, in Monte Vista Memorial Park with Chad Williams, officiating. Friends and family are asked to arrive by 1:50 p.m. at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected by friends of the family.

Bobby was one of the first people to visit us when we bought a farm next to his . He taught us many things along with his brother Eugene . They helped us , cut our fields and handed down equipment they didn´t need so we could learn . Bobby loved to come by and spin a yarn with our farm hands and kids and kept a watchful eye out all of the time for anything concerning . We were like family for many years . He was one of a kind . There was not anyone like him! My kids enjoyed his company and he made us laugh. We could count on Bobby for help in a jam. And he could count on us . Go rest high on that mountain dear old neighbor . Your work on earth is done . See you on the other side !
