JOHNSON CITY - Billy (Bear) W. Hoilman, 57, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Billy was a native of Johnson City and a graduate of Science Hill High School. His career was focused on the construction industry.
Those preceding him in death include: his father, Bill Hoilman; and one brother, James D. Hoilman.
Those remaining to cherish the memory of Billy are: his mother, Mary Hoilman; one son, Dylan Hoilman, of Hampton, Tennessee; one brother, Michael Hoilman, of Seneca, South Carolina; one sister, Patricia (Tim) Potter, of Johnson City, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held in his honor.
