Arthur Jones Obituary
Arthur W. Jones passed away on January 26, 2025, at Valley View Nursing Home in Goshen, NY. He was 81 years old. Son of the late Ida (Jones) Mattern, he was born on November 23, 1943, in Cornwall, NY.
Arthur was a serviceman for C.D. Parry in Highland Falls, NY.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons: John Jones and his wife, Kathy, Michael Jones, Paul Jones and his wife, Amy Jo, Nicholas Jones, and Aaron Jones, all of Highland Falls, NY; siblings, Ron Mattern and Joan Troy and her husband, Paul, also of Highland Falls, NY; Walter of Florida and his beloved grandchildren, John, Aaron, Bryan, Noah, Emerson, and Brynn. In addition to his mom, Arthur was also predeceased by his wife, Loretta Jones, and siblings, Joey Jones, and Lillian O'Dell.
A Burial of cremains will take place at Eagle Valley Cemetery in the Spring.
Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
