Susan Breitenfeld Obituary

Susan C. Breitenfeld, a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at her home. She was 75.
The daughter of the late Cecilia Flynn Clay and Charles Henry Clay, Jr., she was born on May 31, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY.
Susan grew up in Brooklyn and came to the Middletown area to raise her own family and worked as a security monitor for many years at the Middletown High School.
She is survived by her two children, Michael Breitenfeld and his wife Jennifer of Pine Bush, NY and Andrea Conklin and her husband Glenn of Sandyston, NJ; three sisters, Maureen Shaw, Patti Kiecurious and Liz Silva. Susan is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Alanna Breitenfeld and her fiancé Ryan, Bergen, Zoe, Lia and Rosie Breitenfeld, Makenna and Kaylee Conklin and two great-grandchildren, Aria Yennie and Hailey O'Flaherty, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Susan was predeceased by her brother, Charles Henry Clay.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771.
