Karen Alderman Obituary

Karen (Rogers) Alderman, 74, of Stockton, IL, passed away on March 6, 2026, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. She was born at St. Francis Hospital in Freeport, to Keith and Pearl (Rausch) Rogers. She was a graduate of Lanark High School and married Larry Alderman on November 25, 2005. She was a hairstylist, and bookkeeper at Forreston Lanark Ready Mix. She was a member of Open Bible Church in Polo, IL. Her hobbies included baking with grandkids, coloring, and traveling.

Survivors include her husband Larry Alderman, brother Ronald Rogers (Dana), sons: Mark (Charlene) Rogers, Matthew (Natasha) Rogers, and Mario Zaranti-Alderman; grandkids: Ethan, Oshiahnna, Yazzmine, Draven, and Cataleya Rogers, Emmalina & Zacharia Zaranti, Mario Junior and Gracelynn Zaranti.

She was preceded in death by parents Keith & Pearl Rogers, aunts and uncles, and grandson Zechariah.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday March 12, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM, at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd in Freeport, IL. Interment will follow at Blair/Wards Grove Cemetery. Pastor Ellis Boughton will officiate.
