June 2, 1972 - August 29, 2025
Jinnean Connell of Fall Creek, WI passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Jinnean was born at Bloomer Hospital on June 2, 1972 to parents James and Wilhelmina Erb. Jinnean grew up on the family farm in Buffalo County and attended grade school at Naples Elementary School. There she met her two lifelong girlfriends.
After graduating from Mondovi High School in 1991 she worked at American Lutheran Nursing Home in Mondovi. She then worked at Ashley Furniture in Arcadia. In 1999 she began working at EBY-Brown in Eau Claire.
She met her future husband at Ashley Furniture in 1995 and was united in marriage to John Connell on April 17, 1999. Jinnean loved being aunt to 27 nieces and nephews and enjoyed cooking, baking her banana bread, and feeding family and friends. Jinnean also enjoyed going to family events with her aunts and uncles and all her cousins.
Jinnean will be dearly missed by her loving husband John of 26 years, her father James of Eau Claire, brothers: Chad (Amy) of Bedford County, Virginia, Jason (Jerrin) of Ellsworth, WI, and Jon (Jesseca) of Mondovi, WI.
She is preceded in death by her mother Wilhemina, grandparents Leslie (Burr) and Esther Yarrington and Ernest and Beatrice Erb.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway with Fr. James Kurzynski officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery, Eau Claire.
