William (Bill) Theodore Turner

JOHNSON CITY - William (Bill) Theodore Turner, age 85 of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on October 16, 2023, in Orange City, Florida. Bill was born in Elizabethton, Tennessee on May 21, 1938. Bill is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth Turner and his sons, Robert Turner, wife Mary and Karl Turner, wife Jessica. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, William Theodore Turner II and Rachel Nicole Turner, and several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Marvin William Turner and mother, Mary Helen Keener Turner. His first wife, Betty Joan Turner and an infant son, Richard William Turner.
A Memorial Service will be held at Pinecrest Baptist Church, 2129 Old Lewis Road, Johnson City, Tennessee 37601, officiated by the Pastor Garry Edwards on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Visitation at 11:00 a.m. followed by the Memorial Service at Noon. Internment at 1:00 p.m. at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Elizabethton, Tennessee.
