HAMPTON - Tonya Jill Baker Elliott, Hampton, passed away November 20 at JCMC. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Edna Baker.
She is survived by her son Sean Elliott of Hampton; sister Jackie (Mike) Lyons of Hampton; brothers Larry Baker (GUDRUN) of Bristol and Van Baker of North Carolina and her special little dog Dominica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
