Mrs. Tommie Sue Tittle
JONESBOROUGH - Mrs. Tommie Sue Tittle, age 76, of Jonesborough, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.
Sue was born to the late Thomas & Eunice Corby Jones, on November 16, 1946.
She was a Christian and a longtime member of Seviers United Methodist Church. Sue was a receptionist and bus driver for Lamar Elementary School.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Stokley "Bill" Tittle; sons, Billy Tittle (Denise) and Matt Tittle (Angie) both of Jonesborough; daughter, Stephanie Barnett (Richard) of Erwin; grandchildren, Levi Stover (Joy) of Gray, Landon Stover of Erwin, Nolan Tittle and Nathan Tittle both of Jonesborough; step-grandchildren, Kaylee, Xander, Zeke, Nolan, Zarah, Hannah and Taylor; great-great grandchild, Marlie Roberts; brother, Frank Jones of Jonesborough; special cousin, Charlene Peterson.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Seviers United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Mullins and Rev. Joey Murdock officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, prior to the service. Graveside Services will follow at Seviers Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
