JOHNSON CITY - Thomas Ewing Cowan Jr., age 80 of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on September 25, 2025.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service will be immediately following at 7:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 2:00pm in Mountain Home National Cemetery.
