Robert Charles Malley, Sr. May 10, 2024
ELIZABETHTON - Robert Charles Malley, Sr., age 74, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Friday, May 10, 2024 at his residence. He was born in San Francisco, CA to the late Thomas C. Malley and Lelia Bouscaren Malley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Malley.
Bob was a very kind and giving man who held much pride in being a public servant. During his time of service to his community, he was elected to the Clearlake (California) City Council and served as mayor for four years of the eight he was on the council. He also represented the City of Clearlake as a commissioner on the Lake County Planning Commission. Bob loved to golf, cook and travel in his RV. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all those who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 35 years, Debi Malley; his children: Bob Malley, Jr. (Dianna), Gina Malley-Guevara (Rhoel), Katelynn Meade-Malley; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; brothers, Tim Malley (Leslie), Tom Malley (Susan); several nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to any charity that supports law enforcement and/or the families of fallen officers.
