JOHNSON CITY - Robert Lewis "Bob" Bradley passed away April 15, 2025, at the age of 72. He was a resident of Johnson City, TN.

Bob had a great love for life and treasured every day he was given. The love he had for his family, friends and church family knew no bounds. Bob was a loving brother, uncle, cousin, and friend and a beautiful soul who loved to laugh and make people laugh. He enjoyed going to the beach, attending ball games and was a lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan, he loved attending the adult day services and spending time with many friends he made there. He lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with his church family/friends at New Hope Church of Christ. Although Bob is gone, he will live in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his sister, Debbie Bradley, Johnson City, TN; brother, Roger Bradley and wife Courtney of Lebanon, TN; sister, Judy Simerly and husband Eston of Bluff City, TN; step-mother, Angie Bradley of Lebanon, TN; nephews, Dakota Bradley and wife Sydney of Florida and Travis Bradley of Johnson City, TN; niece, Pam Deyton of Limestone, TN; aunts, Louise McKinney of Johnson City and Diane Booher of Daytona Beach, FL; cousin, Sylvia Barham of Johnson City; great nephew, Blake Bradley of Johnson City, TN, great niece, Taylor Bull, and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by parents, Margaret E. Bradley Peters and John T Bradley; grandparents, Martha and Chester Booher, Lela and John Thomas Bradley; uncles, Theadore Booher, Paul Booher, Albert Bradley; aunts, Virginia Bradley, Thelma Bradley, Elizabeth Bradley and Maedale Bradley.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cardiologist Dr. Ahmad Khan for the excellent care that kept Bob going for 27 years; to ALL staff at Christian Assisted Living of JC (University Parkway) for the wonderful love, laughs and special care given to Bob that made him feel right at home! A very special thank you to Daryln, Lisa and Karen for all the fun times they had, Bob wanted to say he loved you all and thank you for your friendship

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am-1:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm, at Washington County Memory Gardens, under the direction of Mr. Paul Peer, minister. Please meet at the graveside.

Active Pallbearers will be Dakota Bradley, Roger Bradley, Arthur Larkins, Eric McCracken, Randy Weaver and Jim McKinney.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital online through their website, by mail, or via the St. Jude’s Donation App.
