Richard Eugene Richmond departed this life August 27, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday September 5, 2025 at the Birchette Mortuary "Chapel of Love"
The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Happy Valley Cemetery, Elizabethton, TN.
