Richard McKendrick Briscoe, age 31, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
He enjoyed skateboarding and spending time with his family and friends. He loved recalling his travels and cherished the memories of visiting many places.
He is survived by his father, Richard Briscoe (wife, Shellie) of Johnson City; a sister, Brittony Briscoe (Colin Campbell), of Knoxville; a brother, Byron Briscoe (wife, Taylor), and two nieces, Akira and Saoirse Briscoe of Afton, TN.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gina Cobble Briscoe; a sister, Bethany Briscoe; and his paternal grandparents, Tom and Rosa Briscoe.
The graveside service will be Friday April 7, 2023 at 3pm in Fairview CP Cemetery. It is requested that family and friends meet at Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton at 2:15pm Friday to go in procession to the cemetery.
