Raymond Branche Obituary

WICKLIFFE, OH - Raymond "Buddy" Branche, 92 of Wickliffe, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024. He was a native of Johnson City and was a son of the late George and Ola Sliger Branche. Buddy moved to Ohio many years ago. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Temple Church in Euclid, Ohio. Buddy was an Auto Broker having retired from Holiday Motors. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran having served his country in the Korean War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George Branche; two sisters, Stella Kate Henley and Lillian Smith and special friend, Linda Elliott.

Survivors include a nephew, Steve Branche; a great-niece, Harley Branche; cousins, Pam Tillier, David and Faye Branche; dear friends, Jackie Blankenship and Carol Rusnacko; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, January 12, 2024 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City. Then go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from the family and friends.
