Peter Sokol Obituary
October 16, 1949 - August 7, 2025
Peter Sokol; devoted father, grandfather, and proud U.S. Army veteran has sadly passed. He is survived by sons PJ and Clint, and grandsons Luke and Allan, and reunited with his late wife Robin. Known for his kindness, humor and dedication to service, Pete will be deeply missed. Services will be held at Fairview United Methodist Church on Saturday, the 16th, at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, pleas donate to Fairview UMC or your local Veteran's Association.

I knew Pete from the National Guard as he was in my platoon, and was always a joy to be around. He always did his job in a professional manner and got along with everyone. Sorry for your loss and may God give peace and comfort in the days ahead.

Hey PJ & family.My heart goes out to each one of you during this nightmare.PJ I feel like you are & have been for years a part of our family.Us parents could have written a #1 seller about you,Jason & Rich Ames growing up .Nothing bad Just boys being boys..The memories I have of Pete & Robin are priceless & will forever be grateful for them & for your friendship throughout the years.I hope you & Christopher will please keep in touch.Always know we will help in any way possible.Much love to you & family.Ruth
