JOHNSON CITY - Linda Faye (Payne) Miller age 67 of Johnson City, passed away on Sunday November 3, 2024.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Marie Payne. She leaves behind her children Amy Issacs, Amanda Lowery, Adam Lowery and Austin Lowery; her siblings Paul Schwiger, David Schwiger, Sarah Payne and Anna Moore; grandchildren Christian, Darcus, Kaden and Bailey. Linda also leaves behind her special neighbors, who were a meaningful part of her life.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Orchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center for their kindness and compassion.
