ERWIN - Leisa G. Hampton, age 68, of Erwin, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Erwin, Leisa is a daughter of the late Homer and Haffard Elizabeth (Allen) Bailey. She was a member of Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Leisa is preceded in death by brothers, Darrel and Carl and a sister, Janice.
Leisa G. Hampton has left behind to cherish her memory: loving husband, Tommy Hampton; daughter: Misty Osborne (Matthew); grandson: Jacob Osborne and Eithan Osborne (Jessica); 3 great grandchildren; brother: David Bailey (Patty), Terry Bailey (Kathy); sister: Nancy Chandler; and several nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Leisa G. Hampton in a funeral service to be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2025, in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. Reverend Kevin Laws will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 5:00 pm on Thursday and will continue until service time at Valley Funeral Home.
