I am so sorry to hear of Larry´s death. We served together in the Navy and luckily attended a reunion last year. We had a chance to catch up on our lives and tell a few "sea stories". Larry was an outstanding Naval Officer and a good man. Fair winds and following seas shipmate. Capt David Myrick US Navy (ret)

Louise....I am so sorry to hear about Larry. As you know, we all had some great times back in the PhD days at Georgia but we all made it through somehow. I'm sorry we didn't get to see each other more often but I have some great memories of being with him at various academic conferences etc. May he rest in peace....

Larry was such a great man. He had such a charismatic and outgoing personality. I always enjoyed helping him with his classes when he would invite local bankers to come in and address his students. Larry is gone too soon. God bless Larry and his family and friends.
