JOHNSON CITY - Larry Fred Lilley, 68, Johnson City passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County and was a son of the late Fred and Frances Rodefer Lilley. Larry worked and retired from the Kingsport Foundry. He loved to fish, work on his land and watch westerns. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Lilley and two aunts, Mary Ann Lilley and Ruth Frances Lilley.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Lilley; a son, Daniel Lilley both of Johnson City; a sister, Isabell Lilley of Johnson City.
Graveside services for Larry will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 1, 2024 in the Roselawn Memory Park with Mr. Bruce Hall officiating. The family will receive friends at Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City from 12:30 to 1:30 PM then proceed to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from the family and friends.

Mr. Lilley would come in the grocery store where l work.Time to time he would come through my line .He was always so very nice and pleasant to talk to.l will greatly miss him.May GOD BLESS THE LILLEY FAMILY.
