BLUFF CITY - Kevin Douglas Miller, 68 of Bluff City passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Johnson City and was a son of the late W.A Miller and Lora Mae Tucker Miller. Kevin was owner of Bug Eliminator Pest Control.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Carlton Miller.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Walker Miller; a son, Michael Douglas Miller of Bluff City; a brother-in-law, Michael Walker and his wife, Peggy of Indiana; a niece, Abbie Powell and her husband, Isaiah; a nephew, Eddie Walker; also, a great nephew, Wynston Powell.
A memorial service for Kevin will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, September 29, 2023 in the Washington County Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Mr. Roy Messer officiating.
