Kevin Crandall Obituary

"Kevin Brooks Crandall, age 54, of Woodstock Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 3rd 2021. Kevin was born on September 16th, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin is the son of Freda Brooks and Jerry Crandall; The Brother of Derek Crandall and Catherine Crandall. Kevin was blessed with two children; Cody Crandall and Ashlyn Crandall. Kevin was happily remarried to his beloved wife Brittany Crandall and gained four more wonderful children; Alex Ison, Josh Ison, Bobby Whitlow and Colt Whitlow. Kevin grew up in Georgia and graduated from Chamblee High School. He then went on to play football at Georgia Southern University where he won the National Championship in 1985 and 1986. He continued to pursue his love for football by coaching his son Cody at the Alpharetta Eagles from 2001-2004, He then carried on to coaching for the North Gwinnett Bulldogs from 2005-2009. After exploring many career paths, he found his niche in roofing. In 2017, Kevin started Eagle Roofing with his wife Brittany. In Kevin's free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching football, and reading about the latest Bigfoot sightings. He was known for all his jokes, cooking skills and his kind spirit. He had an infectious laugh and smile unlike no other. Kevin was a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. His memory will be forever cherished in lives of those who knew him. Kevin is preceded in death by his Grandparents; Fred Howard Brooks and Grace Chandler Brooks. He is survived by his lovely wife Brittany Crandall, His children; Cody Crandall, Ashlyn Crandall, Alex Ison, Josh Ison, Bobby Whitlow, Colt Whitlow, His Parents; Freda Brooks and Jerry Crandall, His siblings; Derek Crandall and Catherine Crandall and His Nephew; Michael McCarthy. A memorial service for Kevin will be held at Hillside United Methodist Church in Woodstock, Georgia at 11am on September 11th, 2021.
