JOHNSON CITY - Kenneth Gene Dugger Sr, 63, passed away on June 24, 2024, in Johnson City, TN. Affectionately known as "Kenny," he was born on July 21, 1960, and became a cherished figure in his community and beyond. Kenny was the epitome of generosity and kindness, always ready to help anyone in need with a smile. His open-hearted nature meant his home was a bustling hub for friends and family. As the patriarch of a large, blended family, he brought everyone together, creating lasting memories at every gathering. Professionally, Kenny ran Dugger Drywall for over 25 years alongside his brothers. His hard work and dedication not only built walls but also strengthened the bonds within his community. A true rock music aficionado. His passion for the Philadelphia Eagles and NASCAR was unmatched, and he never missed a game or a race, often surrounded by friends and family. Kenny's love for dogs was profound, particularly for his loyal companion, Reese, who was never far from his side. Kenny is survived by his siblings, "Roho" Dugger and Lisa Sheaffer; his children, Heather Fair, April Dugger, Kevin Dugger, Bobby Smith and Kenneth Dugger Jr; and his adored grandchildren, Destiny Fair, Alizah Gunn, Jade Fair, Cami Gunn, Nathan Dugger, Spencer Dugger, Gavin Gunn, Jack Dugger, Theo Dugger, and Wren Dugger. His furry companion, Reese, also mourns his loss. He was preceded in death by his brothers Dean, Tony, "Mike" Dugger, and his best friend "Rowdy" the dog. Kenny's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the enduring power of community. His life was a testament to the joy of giving and the strength of family ties. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
