JOHNSON CITY - Kathy Ann Tillman, age 70, of Johnson City, passed away Wednesday morning, January 8, 2025.
Survivors include her husband: Dr. John Tillman; children: Mark Greene, Matt (Sydney) Tillman, John Connor (Melissa) Tillman; mother: Bertha Tuggle; grandchildren: Cody Greene, Ann Caroline Tillman, and Connor Tillman; great-granddaughter: Henley Greene; two sisters: Joyce Tuggle and Karen Brown; one brother: Danny Tuggle; special friend: Sarah Daniels.
A private memorial service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Kathy to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Niswonger Children's Hospital.
Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home, Greeneville, is in charge of arrangements.
