Karen Reber Obituary

Karen Denise Cusick Reber, aged 70, passed away peacefully Monday, March 2nd. Born May 5th 1955, Karen was raised in Lenoir City by her loving parents Bob and Ida Kate Cusick.



After graduating from Lenoir City High School in 1973, Karen went on to get her degree from the University of Tennessee. She retired in 2022 as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Rumor has it, the office was never the same after she left as she was meticulous in her work. Karen was a lover of music and attending concerts. She played the clarinet and was an excellent pianist. She had a huge heart for taking care of animals, especially cats. Karen was so proud of her sharp memory and was excellent at trivia. She never missed a UT football game and made sure to give you her recap after every game. She enjoyed gardening and trips to Stanley's Greenhouse in the springtime. Karen was fun, she was smart. She was a joy, a beautiful soul.



She is now at peace with her husband, Thomas Charles Reber II; her parents Bob and Ida Kate Cusick; grandparents Cecil and Zella Cusick, Edward and Lillie Crass. Left to miss her fun-loving spirit are her daughters, Kelly Womack and Katie Womack; grandchildren, Noah Williams and Lola Womack; brother Ron Cusick and wife Yon, nieces Jen Hendele and husband Joe, Gabby Isaacs and husband Xander; many cousins and special friends, Patti, Pam, Jane and Cheryl.



The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Saturday, March 7th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will be at 2pm with Howard Cusick officiating. Graveside services will follow in the Lenoir City Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Town and Country Vet in Jefferson City.
