JOHNSON CITY - Rev. Julian Eugene "Gene" Hodges, age 101, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Hillview Healthcare Center in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
He was a member of Boones Creek Baptist Church, a proud WWII Navy veteran, and a faithful Southern Baptist minister for over 60 years.
Gene's family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Services will resume in Panama City, Florida and entrusted in the care of Southerland Funeral Home. These details and a full obituary are pending and will be updated upon completion.
