Juan Earvin Brown August 24, 1969- April 8, 2024
JOHNSON CITY - Juan Earvin Brown, 53, Johnson City, passed away unexpectedly, on Monday, April 8, 2024, at his residence.
He was a Johnson City native and a son of the late Gertrude Juanita Thomas Brown.
Juan was of Baptist faith. He was employed at TJ Maxx. Juan was the life of the party, always making everyone laugh. He never met a stranger.
In addition to his mother, Juan was preceded in death by several aunts and one uncle along with his furry friend, chihuahua, Lil Girl.
Survivors include his brothers, Michael Brown (Robbin) of Johnson City, Rodney Thomas of San Francisco, CA; niece, Tasha Brown; great nephew, Hakeem Brown; great nieces, Allanah, and Essence Brown; several cousins and friends.
The funeral service for Juan will be conducted Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. from the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home, with Rev. Lynn Bauchman, officiating. The graveside committal service will follow in Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be chosen from friends and family.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-2:00 P.M. in the East Parlor of the funeral home.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Juan's TJ Maxx family along with his best friends Christy, Kenny, and Sonny for looking after him and keeping him under control.

To the Irv Brown family and his since childhood friend Kenny. My heart is heavy with the loss of our dear friend Irv. He was the rational one but so halarious in same. You will be missed!
