ELIZABETHTON - John William Rednour, age 80, of Elizabethton, Tennessee went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Johnson City Medical Center. John was born in Appalachia, Virginia to the late John V. Rednour and Rubye Marie (Fullen) Rednour.

John was a loving, family man that was a devoted member of Siam Baptist Church. He was a skilled carpenter who had a knack for fixing anything. John was a United States Marine Corp veteran where he volunteered to serve as a Marine Sergeant in the Vietnam War. John also loved Tennessee Vol football and watching westerns especially John Wayne. John was a very kind and compassionate man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
