JONESBOROUGH - John William Livingston, Jr, age 63, of Jonesborough, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
John was the youngest of three sons of John W Livingston, Sr, and Janis N C Livingston. He graduated from David Crockett High School in 1979. He received a Batchelor of Arts Degree from East Tennessee State University in 1983. This past July he celebrated 41 years of marriage with his wife, Teresa. John will always be remembered for his culinary skills, passion for photography, sense of humor, and his love for animals.
He was preceded in death by his Father, John W. Livingston, Sr, Father-in-Law, William S. Bennett, Mother-in-Law, Dorthy F. Bennett, and Brother-in-Law, Jerry L. Bennett.
Those who will continue to cherish his memory, Mother, Janis; Wife, Teresa; Daughter, Savannah; Son, Ian; Brothers, Jeff (Jane) and Farley (Jackie); Nieces, Jaclyn Hines (Andrew) and Jessica; Nephews, Jody (Sarah) and Matthew; Several Cousins; and the many friends and coworkers who became family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 3:00 pm, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home, 418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, prior to the service.

I will always remember John as "Little John". Always pleasant, smiling or cracking a joke. I met John as a student at Asbury School where we attended along with his 2 brothers and his mom who worked there too. My prayers are with you all~
