Mrs. Joann Jennings, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at her home.
She was born on February 4, 1944, to the late Kenneth and Nellie Tesnear Wallace, in Greeneville, Tennessee.
Joann was a member of Cherokee Baptist Church. She was a sewing machine operator for Levi Strauss.
In addition to her parents Joann was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Jennings.
Survivors include her sons, Terry Jennings and Scotty Jennings, both of Jonesborough.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12, noon to 2:00 PM, prior to the service. A Graveside will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
