ELIZABETHTON - Jeffrey Frank Greene, 60, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born May 23, 1963 to the late Frank H. & Virginia Dare Smith Greene. He was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. He loved to ride his motorcycle. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his brother, J. Louie Greene.
Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2023 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Thursday will be: Louie Greene, Paul Bellamy, Dale Fair, Johnny Crowe, Wes Johnson and Tim Higgins. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.

One of last times I spoke with Jeff he told he was enjoying feeding homeless people at the Muncey United Methodist church ministry program Everytime I saw him he was always happy and kind.
