James Feathers Obituary

Mr. James Sullins Feathers July 2, 2024

Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

JOHNSON CITY - Mr. James Sullins Feathers, Jr. 64, Johnson City, died Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Abundant Christian Living after a brief illness.

He was the son of the late James Sullins Feathers, Sr. & JoAnn Lowe Feathers. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth (Beth) Brown Feathers.

Survivors include his daughter, Sandra Salts; son, James Robert Feathers; grandchildren, Fabian Chase, Hayden Salts, Elijah Saylor, and Melody Simms; brother, Jeff Feathers; sister, Jackie Rush (Elmer); aunt, Mary Alice Feathers Hodge.

James donated his body to the Quillen College of Medicine and requested there be no services.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and doctors at Abundant Christian Living for their wonderful care.

Friends and family can call at the residence anytime, 212 S. Austin Springs Road, Johnson City, Tennessee.
