ELIZABETHTON - Heather Jill Stanley Payne age 50, Elizabethton passed to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, November 27, 2004. Heather is the wife of Jeff Payne and the daughter of Junior and Brenda Stanley. Heather has two sisters: Sonya Stanley and Kim Stanley Whalen and One Brother: Rick Garrison. Her Nephews: James Whalen,, Andrew Whalen, Ricky Garrison, Jase Garrison, Eric Fair and her niece: Alicia Fair. She also has special aunts: Linda McDowell, Susie Fair and Janet Bouton.
Heather is a graduate of E.T.S.U. with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She was an Arobic and Dance Instructor and she was employed by the State of Tennessee until her long term illness.
She was a member of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. She was also a devoted and loving caretaker of all her "fur" babies: Muffy, Locky and Zaxby.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m.Sunday, December 1, 2024 in Happy Valley Memorial Park, Masonic Section with Pastors Mark Fowler and Greg Ruston officiating. Honorary Pastor will be Bobby Stout and his wife Janice. Active Pallbearers will be selected from her brothers at Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Chris Hollified, Tim Hollifield, Bobby Fair, Jason Bowling and Terry Bowers. The family would like to express a special thank you to all the members of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church for their prayers, visits, food and well wishes. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:45 p.m. Sunday to go in procession to the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
