Geraldine C. (nee Collins) LaNasa February 28, 1935- July 8, 2024
WILLIAMSVILLE, NY - Of Williamsville at the age of 89; beloved wife of the late Joseph A. LaNasa, DDS; devoted mother of Mary (Mark) Finucane, Geraldine (Daniel) Anderson, Paula (Vincent) Monaco and Pia (Eugene) O'Connor; loving grandmother of Brendan (Rebecka) Anderson, Joseph Anderson, Patrick (fiancée Kirsten McCauley) Gillen, Melissa (Jonathan) Gorski, Mary (Stephen) Boltri, William O'Connor and John O'Connor; adored great-grandmother of Nora, Elijah, Cooper, Jude and the late Gabriel; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will be present Thursday from 3-7 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (at Hopkins Rd.). Family and friends are invited to assemble Friday at 11AM to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Christ the King Church, 30 Lamarck Drive, Snyder. Interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. LaNasa's memory to The Little Portion Friary, 1305 Main St., Buffalo, NY or the Dr. Joseph & Mrs. LaNasa Endowment Fund - A fund supporting missionary dental work in in WNY, c/o FRCDB, 795 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14203.
