Mrs. Evelyn M. "Pat" Alexander

LIMESTONE - Mrs. Evelyn M. "Pat" Alexander, of Limestone, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Washington County, Tennessee on August 19, 1920, to the late Alexander B. and Julia Cox Miller. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, O.K. Alexander and a son-in-law, Dr. Richard Elliott.

She attended Mt. Bethel Christian Church.

Evelyn attended Washington College Academy and completed her secondary education at the University of Kansas. She worked as a Medical Technologist at the Old Memorial hospital. She also worked at Greene Valley Developmental Center for over 45 years, retiring at the age of 90.

Survivors include a son, Mike (Carmela); daughter, Jill Elliott; two grandchildren, Mikie (Chelsea) and Kevin (Megan); nine great-grandchildren; Bella, Heidi, Michael, Evie Jo, Maddox, Luke, Asher, Rowdy and Lucy.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with her son, Mike Alexander officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, prior to the service.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Urbana Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike Alexander, Kevin Alexander, Logan Clark, Scott Sizemore, David Hensley, James Tyree, and Bruce Tyree.

The family would like to extend a thank you to her wonderful caregivers, Amanda Fender, Angie Foster, Breanna Dunn, Emily Morrow, Lori Blevins, Priscilla Blevins, Gracen Brewer and Sonya Casey.
