Elizabeth Russell Obituary
Following a lengthy illness Elizabeth Russell passed away at age 85. Liz was the daughter of Harvey and Evelyn Rouse. She is survived by her siblings Lillian Elliott and Fredrick Rouse, her children Don Elliott, Kathy Carter, and Sue Oquendo, and her grandchildren Christina Stuck, Joshua Carter, Andrew Oquendo, Cherie Carter and Allyson Oquendo. She enjoyed family get-togethers and was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all whose lives she touched. We will miss her dearly.
